I am trying to Create Account for DataSafe and I have had many challenges attempting to do so.  I finally uninstalled the copy that came with my Inspiron, restarted, and re-installed using the latest installer.

When I launch the application now, I immediately get the following error:

Unexpected Error on the Server

Make sure that you are connected to the Internet and try again.

If you are still experiencing problems, refer to the help.

Click here for help.

[Retry] [Exit]

This happens every time and repeatedly if I select [Retry].  If I select [Exit], it goes back to the login screen and I can select [Create Account], which yields the same result.  There is nothing relevant in the online help.  Any ideas out there?
