I updated to windows 11 a while ago, and ever since the new update my desktop refreshes when using any function key.

For example, let's say I use Fn+F5 to increase the volume; The volume does increase, but the desktop refreshes.

The desktop refreshes with all shortcuts, and it's very annoying. I was wondering if there was any way to stop it.
