Inspirion 537 Restore

Hello All this is my first post here.  I am not sure this is the right space to post this so please let me know if this should go someplace else. I have a Dell Inspirion 537 that I need to perform a System Restore on. I am able to get to the Dell PC System Restore screen using thed Cntrl+F11 Keys without issue. However once the utility loads I loose the use of the mouse and keyboard. On this system the mouse and keyboard are USB (the ones that came with from Dell) there are no PS2 ports on the system. I am assuming that the USB drivers are not a part of the utility.

How do I go about selecting the restore option button which is shown on the screen?

Thank you in advance for any help you are able to offer.

Ctrl+F11 is a Factory Restore for Windows XP where your entire hard drive is wiped.
