Media Center Guide Error 13
I am attempting to download the guide from TWCable in Minneapolis. It errors out and gives a message that says downloading the program guide failed: error 13. Microsoft says it is a proxy issue. I have used ethereal and traced the packets all the way to my Dimension 8400. Something or some process is halting it there. I have uninstalled all firewall software, disabled the MS firewall, disabled antivirus software and processes. I have gone through hours of troubleshooting this problem with information from Googling for the error.
has anyone else at this forum X-perienced this? The mystery to me is why this is still a mystery to the public. Thousands of people are having this problem.

Thanks for the response. Yes, I have tried everything in Aaron S.'s blog. Still stuck. I did try uninstalling the Rollup Release 2 as well. That did not help. Again I appreciate your time. Anything else you can think of, let me know. Peace.
