UNSOLVED
memory problem
Occasionally, when I exit Iexploere, I get the following message:
"Instruction 0x10005f6c referenced Memory at 0x10005f6c. The memory could not be read. OK to terminate"
I downloaded and ran Microsoft's Memory test for an hour with no negative results, plus Dell's support, and nothing was found.
Any ideas or suggestion are appreciated.
Dell dimension 4300S, 1.4 MZ pentium, 512 MB Memory, 3.5 floppy, 16X DVD/CD RW Burner. 20 G hard drive.

Try manually shutting down, one at a time, any and all programs that are running before you completely shut down the computer and see if you can isolate which program is causing the error.
