Please help me. I have partitioned my HDD with 240GB  and 80GB for Vista home premium and XP Media center respectively. When I was copying a video from my camcorder, a message appeared "Your Drive C has low space. Try disc cleanup to free some space".

I have checked the drive C. From 240 GB it has come down to 27 GB ? I have done a disk clean up which released 240MB space, I have transferred all my movies, pictures and personal files to different pen drives, I have removed all unwanted programmes. But still it is showing 52 GB only. How can I recover the space. Is doing a formatting the drive and re-installation of the OS will do any help?

I have XP media center in another partition which is no longer required for me. Can I format the drive, remove the partition and join both together ?. Is there any way to combine these drives.

Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot.
