I need to reinstall my windows XP home system on my 8100 inspiron but I can't find the CDs that came with the machine.  This is the original machine bought from DELL and it has the certificate of authenticity for winXP.  I am the original owner so no transfers are involved.  Can I get a CD replacement from DELL or do I need to toss out $200 to microsoft?
