OK please someone please help me out. I have a new computer and every once in a while like about twice a month or more, well its done it three times today. What it does is the screen will go black with this little box thats either white with lines or rainbow colors with lines in it. I have to hold the botton to shut it down wait a while then turn it back on. What is it, what can I do to fix it? If someone anyone can help me out!!
