I am giving my Dimension 4100 away and used Drive Erase to wipe the disk. 

 

When I boot with the Dell ME reinstallation disk, it says it's a non system disk and to hit a key to continue.  Then it asks for a floppy and to hit a key.  There is no floppy, just the ME CD.

 

Any insights on how to reinstall ME?
