In the past, I have stored backup information on CDRW's.  Since I got my new 4700 I've been transferring this info back onto this new computer from the CDRWs.  My problem is that half the time it is able to read the data on the disk allowing a successful transfer and the other half of the time it continually asks to install EW_reader in order to read the data on the CDRW.  After installing this reader multiple times, it still is unable to read the data and asks to install the reader again... and again... and again.  The CDRWs all came from the same pack, originally formatted on the same computer under the same program.  What gives?
