Go to control panel>>scheduled tasks>>advanced>>view log.  The execution of all your scheduled tasks will be listed here, along with any errors they receive. Also, what happens when you right click on the scheduled task and select run?

If you sign on with a password to Windows, that same password needs to be put into the scheduled task.
