Dim 4100, 1Gh, 20HD, 256Mem, Win Me.

Have been able to create startup disk since got my sys June 2001.  Tried to create new disk yesterday got the following error msg.:   ASPi2dos.sys   not found.   Went to search typed in the above and it came up dated June 8, 2003 date sys was installed by Dell . The file is in C/Windows/command/ERD.     What is the problem. HELP. Thanks. Hope this is posted in right forum. if not I am sure Mike C will let me know.
