WIN 98 SE shutdown problem
The problem that I am having is not the traditional WIN 98 shutdown with the Windows desktop logo frozen. My problem is when shutting down my desktop remains and after about 20 seconds I get the window saying the system is not responding -- Wait-- Cancel-- End Task. If I click on End Task the computer shuts down. Occasionally, it shuts down normally but mostly not.
Could this be an adware or spyware problem?
