win32k.sys blue screen HELP
I was wondering if anyone can help me ...I have a Inspiron 8200...when I start up I get this message
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again follow these steps.
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or softwarew manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continues disable or remove newly installed hardwarew or software. Disable BIOS memory option such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable companents, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advance Setup options, and then select Safe Mode.
Using XP I have tried a system restore back to the date I got my computer but still I get the screen. Also the rescue disk I have does not work...it stalls.
Any suggestions?
