??Windows Firewall Setting??

Do I need to install the firewall each time that I boot up~? Some time I go to the "MSN Explorer Status" and go to "properties" and it won't let me run the "firewall isc service" and other times it will let me. I do notice that the "one reccommended" is always checked....so this is installed then~?

You should not have to turn it manually on. Once it is on it stays on. Go to Start/Control Panel/Windows Firewall. Select "On".  Windows firewall is then always on.
