I just bought a Nexigo HelloCam that is Windows Hello compatible.  The camera works but not with Windows Hello.  I have contacted Nexigo support and they had me try some things, but none fixed the problem.  They are thinking my computer is not compatible with Windows Hello.  Is the Dell XPS 8950 with Windows 11 Pro not compatible with Windows Hello.  I have updated the OS to the latest updates.

Everything else about the camera works i.e. the camera and microphone.
