Configuring Auto Discovery

Window 7 Home Premium

I just downloaded Pocketcloud windows companion.

It gets to "configuring auto discovery" and I get a popup telling me it " FAILED TO START"

I go to control panel - Admin tool - service - and shows it to be "started"

I've stopped and restarted, reinstalled, checked the firewall, checked remote access
What I'm doing wrong?
