unable to install pocketcloud pro

Hi - i installed PocketCloud free version for RDP on a new Asus eepad our sales manager is using. It worked great, but we recently wanted to add additional connection options so we bought the pro version. It is in his Android Marketplace available for install, but when i try to activate it, it looks like the install begins but then goes back to being in "not installed" section. 
We are in the same network environement we were in when PocketCloud free was installed. I tried uninstalling the free version to see if that allowed the install, but it made no difference. Also rebooted the Asus just to be sure there weren't any open screens locking it up.
What am i missing...?
