You will probably have to make your own.  This comes up occasionally by people that move a Dell motherboard to a standard ATX case,  and I haven't seen any 3rd party shields.

Towards end of this post using a mesh DIY universal IO shield, there is a link to how I used the foam template to make the cuts for a Phanteks P-350x case swap.  It turned out okay, went faster using a case knife the second time vs an x-acto knife.  Razor blade will work as well, just take your time.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to tackle my Case-Change Project because of "Other-Problems" (nothing to do with Computers)!!

When I eventually tackle it, I will report back & provide relevant Pictures!
