dell xps 9343 doesnt turn on

I was using it normally, just turned it on, and it froze. After that i tried to turn it on and it didnt respond. Lights wont turn on, not even the one that indicates that its charging, or battery status.

Tried to remove the battery and cmos and all the solutions that i found here but no luck. I don't have a tester but i think i dont really need it because my conclucion is that the motherboard is faulty.

My question is, where can i get a decent price for a new motherboards, and does it really worth it?

I have the touchscreen 4k version
