I had to return the first device as the facial recognition was not working and the lid would not sleep the device, even with a fresh factory reset. I have a anothe new device now and when watching videos it would start lagging like it has a buffering issue and the whole computer would ask very slow for a few seconds and finally catch up. Device is fully up to date. Kinda getting annoyed...
