Aurora R8, case's LED connectors broken

Hey Guys, I bought a used Aurora R8 a few days ago and was excited about it. But the left side case lights labeled 5, 6, and 7 on the FX are not turning on. I opened the case to clean and fix the issue and I noticed that one of the metal connectors that gets pressed on by the case was broken. I was wondering if it is the reason behind it not working? Are these connectors used as a power source for the lights? The power button led and the other side lights all work and is changeable from the FX. I was not able to open the top case so I could not diagnose further. Do you guys think it is the reason why it is not working or could it be something else? This is my first time working with a PC so don't have much knowledge. I have attached a pic below of my broken pin and a snip of what it would look like without it being broken from the internet. Thank you for the help!

    @Baby_Grey-Gray

    The connectors do provide power for the Side LED's.  If they are broken they need to be replaced.

    Or you can spend 200 hours swapping into standard case.

    Thanks for the help speedstep. I am not being able to see the 3 pics you shared it shows a triangle. Also, How do I take off the top case to replace this wire. I was able to take both the side cases off but was not able to take the top part off. Is there a video or a easy guide to do this online?
