Brand new X17 dead after 2 days

Please help, my Alienware X17 stopped working after 2 days due to system issues and it's being almost 2 months since I purchased it and put it back in its box. The helpdesk can't help, the customer care does NEVER replies to my calls and all my e-mails are uselss because nobody dares to follow-up.

ALLO DELL, somebody there?

You fix the issue or you refund and bye bye, but not anwering and driving customers crazy is a loser behavior.

Can somebody HELP???
