I purchased an Alienware 17 R5 back in 2018, and it has now become a paperweight in about less than two years!

At first, the laptop started freezing up at the boot screen. I tried to factory reset it and reinstall windows again, and now it freezes up at the Windows startup screen. What progress! It's a $4000+ laptop for sake!

I'm not touching anything that has a Dell or Alienware tag on it even with a 10 foot pole in future.
