After installing two 16GB 2666MHz modules, I get this at every startup.

My laptop came with 16 gig(8+8) memory 2666 Mhz, so I am adding another 32 gig, which is new. System also detects only 24, So I am assuming only 8 + 16 is detected and not the other pair.
