Celerra Manager 5.4 - System Status- Red X
System Status shows a Red X
Hardware status shows
Clariion CX500 Warning
Shelf 0/0 SP A Is Ready to Restore
This has happened in the past and EMC tech support had dialed in and fixed it.
I would like to know what causes it, and how I can fix it myself.
Thanks. Robin Cole -Colo DOT

- or better yet run this command:
nas_storage -info id=APM00051906566
where APM is the id for your Clariion. You will see this output, look for entryfailed_over = False
if it's true that means that you have luns that have trespassed. Run this command to fail them back their default owners.
nas_storage -failback id=APM00051906566
at that point i would refresh you Celerra Manager GUI ..and it should look ok. You might have to manually "Accept" the alert to clear it.Reply
