Centera SDK support for AIX 6.1

I am trying to find out when and if AIX 6.1 is going to be qualified by EMC  The 3.2p5 SDK does not state aix 6.1 is supported.

We do not qualify AIX 6.x but rather we rely on IBMs statement of binary compatibility that any 5.x binary will work on future revs of AIX

Thanks for the speedy reply Paul!  Based on those statements if an issue is encountered with 3.2p5 on an AIX 6.1 OS, will we be able to utilize our normal support methods?  Such as opening a ticket for troubleshooting, analysis or debugging?

    thanks

Wondering will AIX 6.1 be stated as supported in the Release Notes in the upcoming release?  If not, what is the schedule to have AIX 6.1 officially qualified?  Thanks.

    Hi Paul,

I was wondering if EMC have now qualified the Centera SDK for AIX 6.1.  If not is there anything we should be concerned about when using the comination of SDK 3.2 (p6?) and AIX 6.1 TL7.

    Many thanks,

    Sam
