Does any one know how to reduce a pool size, i mean, I have a dctm pool with 16896GB of Quota, but it is a static pool and i need space for another pools

is it possible to reduce its size for example up to 5096GB, due to the uses space is 2466GB.

Could you tell me the steps to do that?
