Every DSM or (EM)DataCollector supports a range Range of SCOS versions. I know that a already booted SCOS doesnt present a version information on the login (only controller number) i cant tell you how to find out your SCOS version?
If you have a (EnterpriseManager)Datacollector installation around point your browser to https://em:3033 and see whats comming. I remember to a download site where you can get the Agent, DSM directly from the system.
If this is a SC with a service contract and you for sure ask dell support to fetch some infos from the last SupportAssist i think.
I also can not login dell storage center via browser.when i try to login dell storage center https://192.168.22.10 redirect to java website.By the way I have installed java 32 and java 64 bit. Also I have checked all browser. How can I solve this problem?
