Delivery Time

Question

I am unable to access my delivery time on my order which is due today. Please advise ASAP as I need to go out shortly. Thanks

I have a similar problem. Fedex claimed to have tried delivery, but they never called either number I gave them in my shipping info. Now they want to deliver tomorrow when I won't be home. I'm looking forward to hours when they send it back to Dell and I try to get a refund. Neither Dell nor Fedex chat systems are at all helpful. Get Help Now wants to know the machine serial number, which I can't supply till it arrives!
