I’m confused what in production means my estimated date for my monitor to come is tommorow and it’s still in production what does this mean?

Im really annoyed right now i ordered a monitor for christmas and was told it was gonna be here by the 2nd of december and now they delay it to the 14th of January are you kidding me dell??? Im outraged right now.

Exact Same problem!! Ordered a graphic card on the 3rd of December. It said it would be delivered by the 17th. They bumped up the shipment date to the 21st(still has not shipped today the 23rd) and the delivery date on the 28th. Turns out the product isn't even in stock!!! I was not aware of that until today! It never said that when I had ordered it and was never brought up be the two previous representatives that I spoke with! They will not cancel my order and will not refund me my money. This is theft. You can not take money for a product that you do not have and are unwilling to disclose that you do not have it! And to top it alllllll off, I was yelled at by a supervisor, like literally yelled at. If anyone should of been yelling (which I don't condone) it should of been the unsatisfied, lied to, customer!! Will never go through dell again. My only option is to call my bank and dispute the transaction.
