My case has been 'referred to an escalation team' for days and I haven't heard anything. Dell continues to lie and tell me they are going to get a problem resolved....weeks have passed and I have yet to hear anything that would actually resolve my problem. Not allowing people to return a faulty product after 30 days is unbelievable.
