I am going over to Canada (from Australia) in a few months on a working holiday visa and I am looking at grabbing an Alienware 14 laptop to game and to allow me to maintain websites for clients and keeping my web skills up in general.

Now, I would like to purchase an Alienware 14 from the Canadian site to a Canadian address (a relative) and so by the time I arrive into Canada it should already arrived ready for me to go at it and installing my applications for web design and development (and possibly chuck in an MSATA SSD).

While it is cheaper in Canada compared to Australia (that's a bonus but not the main reason) it is more convenient to have it shipped to the Canadian address than it is to buy it in Australia and bring it with me on the plane (though it means i can binge watch TV shows on the way). 

That's the back story done: my question is can I use a non-Canadian credit card or paypal account to purchase an Alienware 14 from Canada and have it shipped to a Canadian address?
