On September 18th, I ordered a laptop to DELL USA.

I stayed on my home all the day on 23th (delivery address). Around 16:42 PM the status of the "Purchase Details" status read "delivered", but It is not true. I was at home (delivery address I paid to be sent at my home) but the order was never delivered.

I cannot understand (nor accept) that DELL says: "the order has been deliverd" when it is not true (I am sure there is no paper signed, no record, nothing... nobody came to my home between 16:00 and 18:00 (not previously not later), but I imagine that is part of the trick of the thieves.

. I am very worried, I paid so much money for my laptop and I need it for my work.  It really is disrespectful and a mockery! This is a really stressful situation.

I urgently need Dell to fix my situation I request to be informed whether or not my order will be delivered. If Dell is not going to deliver it, I request the cancellation of the order and the refund of the money.
