Tracking Details not updated
For my
Tracking details have still not been updated and it has been 4 days since the product has been shipped.
The links to the courier website which are on the order page don't work.
Please look into the matter ASAP.

FYI. The tracking details are visible now on Bluedart.

Sorry for not being able to respond to you in time. We're facing an unusual spike in volumes today, and we're only seeing your message now.
Yes, the order is already shipped, and the carrier hasn't updated the delivery details. As per our records you should receive the order by July 16th, this is not the confirmed date it is just an estimated delivery date.

Sorry for the delayed response. The tracking information doesn't fetch any details as they are internal reference numbers.
Once the order is shipped, you should be able to find the tracking details on Bluedart website https://dell.to/38CT3hd
You can enter the order number under "Ref No" option to find the tracking details.
