Inspiron 5770, Windows 11?

Can someone help me with Windows 11 please?

Windows 11 is not supported by Dell on that 2018 model. Stay with Windows 10. Microsoft still supports security on Windows 10 until 2025.

This system is available with three different generations of CPU:

Unsupported: 6th, 7th.

Supported: 8th.

If your system has an 8th generation CPU, you may be able to install Windows 11.

Hi Mary G...I have it downloaded for a couple of years now but I cant update sometimes....It is an 8th gen i7 I have and when I did the check with Dell it said it was supported ...I'm a real novice when it comes to computers lol
