S2440L, Demo mode, 14 moths later and I have still had ZERO service from Dell

I posted here over a year ago. I'm not a typical dell customer. I'm somewhat of an uber customer. Iv'e purchased computers from Dell for over 20 years. I have both business and personal DFS accounts and I have to admit that I'm just shocked that I'm receiving this type of treatment. So, masters of horrible touch capacitive tech, I'll lay this out there for you. I'm expecting someone to call me or reply to this post. I've been on 3 support calls over this monitor and not only was I not treated like a customer, I wasn't helped at all. It's been over a year. This monitor is still in the box, I'm still unable to use it because the OSD buttons don't work and it's stuck in Demo Mode. I know what the manual says to get it out but like I said before, the only OSD buttons that seem to work are Power (only sometimes) and the top button which gives me a lock. The second and 4th button should clear this mode which they do not. So, for the whole world to see, I've lost patience. As you can see by these posts, I've been trying to get help from Dell. I know this is just a couple hundred dollars but I'm still not a fan of being ripped off even by you.   If you let it come to this, I will inform my 21,283 twitter followers   and I will no longer offer or support Dell products in my store. What I would like is a working monitor. The one I paid for. The one that's been sitting here in a box for over a year because nobody at Dell seems to care about their customers. Take this letter for what it's worth. Either help me or it all becomes evidence on January 15, 2015. First, we do not allow discussion of that legalistic nature on our Dell funded Forum. Those have been deleted. Second, this is a Forum, we do not use the phone.
