Using Dell OpenManage Essentials, I try to import the last catalog and it failed.
Here is the error message:
Import Dell Version Control Catalog for System Update from ftp://ftp.dell.com/catalog/catalog.cab failed.Exception message: Error: 50000, Procedure: usp_ErrorLog_Insert, Message: Error: 2627, Procedure: usp_SupportedDevices_Insert, Message: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_SupportedDevices'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'Catalog.SupportedDevices'. The duplicate key value is (25227).
I saw in other forum topics that it can be the file catalog.cab which is not well generated.
I'm having the same issue here. Using OM Essentials and trying to import the latest catalog gives the same error. The current catalog version is W6YD5, with a release date of 01/12/2012.

Hi there,
We are taking a look at the catalog to see if there is any trouble there.
Can you tell me what version of the catalog you are using? (see View Active Catalog)
Thx
Rob
