Command configure installation

It says I need Administrator privileges to install.  I have tried CMD prompt as Administrator, right-click on EXE and select Administrator, running MSI install from Administrator CMD prompt, double-click MSI, etc..

Always says I need elevated privileges.  Tried turning UAC off, also.  I have domain admin privileges.  Newly re-imaged machine with nothing on it.

Apparently, 4.1 works fine.  This issue is only with 4.2 so far.

Yes I have this same issue. I have admin permission. I tried right clicking the exe and doing RunAs Administrator and I have tried an elevated command prompt. I have also extracted the files to a folder and tried running the Command_Configure.msi from the administrator command windows. No joy. Same error.
