With Windows Server 2012 still being new, it has not been included as a support operating system. Once all the testing is done you may see it added or they will release a new HIT Kit that will be for Windows Server 2012. At this point we do not have an ETA one way or the other. I would just advise to keep an eye on the downloads page for it to change.
For now, using the native MPIO is your best alternative.
The next release of the Host Integration Tools for Microsoft (v4.5) should support WinSrv12 (sorry, but no release data announced yet). You can sign up for the Bata program to test/try it (in a non-production setup).
