My Dell inspiron desktop won't boot and restart when I tried to boot ,

I run the diagnostic and it shows error code 2000-1114 processor. 

I would like to know if ti can be the power supply.

when I turn on the pc , no make any noise and do not beep also.

the hard drive is ok , when I go to the bios I can see it there.

Does anyone know what can be?
