So today i was just using my pc and i realised that my webcam is not working i thought it was a glitch and will be fixed after restart,when i switched my keyboard ports my keyboard stopped working when i restarted no usb deivces was wprking except my headset rgb lights,i searched on yt for solution where i found dell official channel video iit said to reset the settings from thesafe mode i did tha and followed further instruction then when i reatarted my pc didn,t launch and was stuck on dell logo loading though if i press f2 or f12 when i launch my pc then my all defices work please help me
