I ran Support Assist recently and it advised me to download the latest BIOS update.  The file is called Inspiron_3153_3158_7353_7359_7568_1.22.0.exe

I've updated BIOS before on my device.  So I double-click on it and get a Windows and get a WIndows dialog saying This app wants to make changes to your device - do you want to run it?  I click on "Yes".  Then I get the Windows blue spinner mouse pointer for a few seconds, then nothing - that's it.  The normal BIOS window does not appear - the app has ended.

I am running Windows 10 and the latest Windows Version 10.0.18362 Build 18362

Oh, and as usual, the Windows update broke the audio jack - which I normally fix by reapplying the BIOS.  However, I cannot get the previous BIOS exe to run either.

Does anyone else have this problem?
