Hello,

I recently bought my Dell Inspiron 7373 2-in1 .

But the laptop never charges to 100%. It gets stranded at 99% indicating 1 min to full charge,  but never becomes 100% .

I tried updating my BIOS with the latest version, but didn't work.

When I checked my power management plan in command prompt, they showed Dell power management plan as the current plan. Is it because of this plan settings or is it my battery's problem ?
