Battery

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 laptop. A few days ago, I noticed that my battery light turned orange and start flashing. Whenever I disconnect the power cord, the laptop completely shut down. I checked my battery icon and it showed 95% and Not charging, but no Plugged in. I searched for help on the Internet for if i need to replace my battery. Windows doesn't say i need to. I think the problem is with the power cord. What should I do now?

    Remove the battery.

    Connect just the AC adapter.

If the laptop runs that, there is no problem with the AC adapter.

Also, I noticed that there is a new state called Battery changed . When i was searching for the solution, I remember seeing no such thing as this in their battery report. Maybe it can help you?

Thank you for answering. I tried that too and it worked well. So is there a problem with the battery?
