0146 is an HDD error and means the hard drive is failing or has failed. 0147 is an optical drive error for the same issue. Considering the age of the laptop (around 15 years or so) that is not unexpected. You could replace both drives but considering the age it is time to replace the laptop with a new far more powerful one running an up to date OS.
