I have a new Dell G15 5330 which I bought a month ago. I keep getting black screen before the dell logo even appears. I connect to external monitor and I doesn't detect it's own monitor at all. I tried every fix, rolling back drivers, updating drivers, updating windows, updating bios, I even did a complete windows reinstall deleting everything and it worked fine for one day, I turned it on today again and same issue is back. It managed to turn on and went to black screen. Bist test is fine. I do not know what the issue is.
