You did not post what model your laptop is to help with referring to parts. But that error mean that the DVD drive has failed and needs to be replaced. More on that in this forum post.

Turn off your computer and reconnect your optical drive to the system board (see your service manual for instructions).
Repeat the PSA diagnostics.
When the diagnostics still results in an error code, visit our ePSA online tool. You can get more information on possible resolutions to your issue and even get a part dispatched if needed.
