My Dell G7 laptop suddenly can't detect my discrete GPU (RTX 2060). I do remember dropping my laptop a few weeks ago and only now realized that the GPU isn't being detected. If I show hidden devices, I can see teh GPU and under device status, it says "harware device is not connected (code 45)". 

Have I damaged my GPU permanently? Is there any chance this is something that can be fixed?
