Hdd is not working

I have purchased dell inspiron 15 laptop in oct 2021. The performance of this system was very worst. So, that I have updated it from HDD to SSD. Now, the laptop is working good. But, the HDD is not working. It shows error as unable to initialise. Dell support team did not given proper solution as it in basic hardware warranty for 1 year.

Help me to solve this issue.

Run diagnostics first as the drive may have problems. Tap F12 immediately at boot to run diagnostics. The drive could be physically damaged if dropped for instance. This web page gives a number of solutions that may help.

Run diagnostics to confirm hardware functionality. Here are the steps:

    • Restart the system and immediately start tapping the 'F12' key to enter the 'Boot Menu'.
    • Use the 'Down Arrow' key to highlight the 'Diagnostics' option. Press the 'Enter' key.
    • The diagnostics will begin. Please note the exact error message/code, if any appears on the screen.

Please reply with the information, I'll be happy to assist further.
